Das Routermodul erlaubt das Automatisierungssystem dezentral und frei anzuordnen. Die Ein- und Ausgangsmodule können damit auf mehrere Hutschienen bzw. Schaltschränke verteilt werden. Die Routermodule können in einem Abstand von bis zu 100 m zueinander oder zur Zentraleinheit platziert werden.
